Refund Policy

1) Returns are accepted for 14 days

2) Customer will have to pay for shipping return

3) 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds

4) Refund will be issued if product is in unopened new condition - Customer will be charged for any damages to product or packaging.

5) All refurbished product are final sales and no returns

Software Returns

1) There are no refunds on software that has been emailed to customer

2) The only exception is when we are given screenshots with errors that our tech support team is unable to fix (only for the installation of the product purchased - This will not apply to other apps, OS and other software that is causing issues with installation of the product that was purchased eg, anti-virus apps, windows, MAC OS, etc...)
